Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 22 July 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do on the Prism platform (the "Service"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Prism is an adult, creator-focused AI tool; this policy exists to keep it lawful and safe.

By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. We may update it as our features and the law evolve.

  1. 01

    Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

    You must never use the Service to create, upload, request, store, or share:

    • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualisation of minors. This is prohibited absolutely, including fictional, AI-generated, "aged-up", or stylised depictions, and any content that presents a subject as a minor. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities and preserve related records as required by law.
    • Content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits anyone under 18 in any form.
    • Attempts to defeat or circumvent age assurance or to present the Service to minors.

    There is no testing, research, or "internal" exception to this section.

  2. 03

    Adult content rules

    The Service supports adult content for verified adult creators in age-appropriate contexts. When creating or publishing adult content you must:

    • be 18 or older and only depict adults (all AI characters must be adults);
    • comply with Sections 1 and 2 at all times;
    • respect any brand-safety or content-tier settings on a character or account (for example a character locked to safe-for-work must not be used to produce adult content); and
    • follow the rules and age-assurance requirements that apply when content is published or shared beyond your account.
  3. 04

    Prohibited content

    Do not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

    • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
    • depicts non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, or content that sexualises violence;
    • promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious self-harm;
    • harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups (including on the basis of a protected characteristic);
    • infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
    • is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to scam others.
  4. 05

    Prohibited conduct

    Do not:

    • attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, moderation, rate limits, credit accounting, or age controls;
    • reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service or its models except as permitted by law;
    • probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
    • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed;
    • use the Service to build a competing AI model or dataset; or
    • use automated means to access the Service in a way that violates these rules or our technical limits.
  5. 06

    Publishing and sharing

    Content you publish to Explore or share via a link must comply with this AUP. Do not publish or share content you do not have the right to distribute, and do not use public surfaces to distribute prohibited content. We may remove published or shared content and disable share links at any time.

  6. 07

    Enforcement

    We may take any action we consider appropriate for a violation, including removing content, disabling share links, unpublishing content, limiting features, and suspending or terminating accounts. Serious violations (including anything in Section 1) may be reported to law enforcement and relevant bodies. We may preserve records where required by law or to investigate abuse. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.

  7. 08

    Reporting

    To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, email team@prism-builder.com. For suspected CSAM or an urgent safety risk, email team@prism-builder.com with "URGENT" in the subject line; we prioritise these reports and escalate to the relevant authorities.

  8. 09

    Changes

    We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is posted here with the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated AUP.
